Delivery

Digital products

Firmware is generated for your card, so it is not delivered instantly. Once your payment is confirmed, your order joins the build queue. When your firmware is ready, it is delivered on your order page and we email you. You can follow its progress any time under Orders in your dashboard.

PayPal payments confirm within minutes. Crypto payments confirm once the network confirms them, usually within 10 to 60 minutes.

Hardware

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Pre-order products have no fixed ship date: they ship when the batch is ready, and we keep you updated.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email the tracking details if the carrier provides them. You can also follow it under "Track an order".

Customs

The destination country may charge import duties or taxes. The recipient pays these.

Problems

If your order is late, damaged or missing, message us from your account with your order ID.
