Terms of Service
Updated Nov 3, 2026
1. Who we are
Stella (stelladma.com) sells DMA hardware and firmware. Contact: , or "Message us" from your account.
In these terms, "we" means Stella and "you" means the customer.
2. Your account
You need an account to order. Keep your sign-in details private; you are responsible for what happens on your account. You must be 18 or older.
3. Products
We sell hardware (such as the STLA MITM) and digital products (such as firmware). Each product page describes what the product does, what it needs and what it is compatible with. Read it before you buy: requirements such as a compatible DMA card or a PCIe x16 slot are listed there.
Games and anti-cheat software change over time and we do not control them. We never promise that a product will stay compatible with any third-party software, will stay undetected, or will prevent an account ban.
4. Orders and pre-orders
An order is accepted when we confirm payment. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example when a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud; any payment is then refunded.
Pre-order products have no fixed ship date. They ship when the batch is ready, and we keep pre-order customers updated.
5. Prices and payment
Prices include 25% VAT. Payment is due when you order, using the methods offered at checkout. Some methods add a processing fee, which is shown at checkout before you pay.
6. Upgrades
Where a product page offers upgrades (for example from one STLA MITM version to another), you pay the price difference and send the device to us for the upgrade. Shipping to us is at your cost unless we agree otherwise.
7. Delivery
See our Delivery page. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to you.
8. Refunds, returns and warranty
See our Refunds and returns page. In short: hardware is covered only if it arrives dead (DOA), hardware can be returned only unopened and working, and firmware is not refundable once delivered.
9. Acceptable use
You are responsible for using our products lawfully and in line with the terms of any third-party service you use them with. We are not responsible for actions a third party takes against your accounts, such as suspensions or bans.
10. Liability
Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect loss, including lost accounts, in-game items or profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability or rights that cannot be limited by law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version shown when you order applies to that order.
