Who is responsible

What we collect

• Account details: name, email address and password (stored hashed).
• Order details: what you bought, the amount, the payment method and, for hardware, your delivery address. PayPal and card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.
• Crypto payments: the amount and the transaction on the public blockchain. Blockchain transactions are public and cannot be deleted.
• Messages you send us, such as support requests.
• Questions you type into the terminal on our home page. These are sent to our AI provider to produce an answer, so please don't type personal details there.
• Technical data needed to run the site: cookies that keep you signed in, and the IP address and browser of your sign-ins and downloads, for security.

Why we use it

• To run your account and to take, deliver and support your orders.
• To keep order and payment records, as bookkeeping and tax law requires.
• To keep the store secure, for example by limiting sign-in attempts.

We do not send marketing email.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of the store for us: hosting and database, email delivery, payment processing, the AI provider for the terminal, the carriers that deliver hardware, and public blockchain services we use to check crypto payments (they see only our receiving address). The store runs on Cheathook (cheathook.com), which hosts it on our behalf. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Order records for as long as bookkeeping law requires. Other data while your account is open, or as long as needed for the purposes above.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to its use, by emailing . You can delete your account yourself in your account Settings; we keep the order records the law requires. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies and storage

We use only what the store needs to work: sign-in and security cookies, a theme cookie, and your cart and currency in your browser's storage. If you pay with PayPal, PayPal sets its own cookies while its window is open. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

Children

Stella is not meant for anyone under 18.
